Wholesale Telecommunications Services

Number Access provides Wholesale Telecommunications Services with our Direct Carrier Access to Numbers, Voice, and Messaging services.

Number Access has direct access to Numbering Resources governed by the FCC. We function as a strict peering partner providing core network access to support your applications and features or to augment or host your existing carrier footprint on our voice and messaging switch.

We offer the option of purchasing Numbers, Voice, and Messaging individually or with any combination of the three. Numbers only customers receive a full LOA (Letter of Authorization) to allow provisioning of our numbers on another network. Customers utilizing only our Voice and/or Messaging can Bring Your Own Number (BYON) with an LOA to use our voice and messaging network.

All Ten-Digit Numbers (Local and Toll-free) can be ported with the exception of our special 5XX Non-Geographic Numbers due to restrictions imposed by regulated the industry. Short Code Numbers can be transferred between brands through a manual process.

Numbers

• 5XX Non-Geographic
  5XX Non-Geographic Numbers are special cloud application numbers. These numbers only support data and messaging services.

• Local (DID) / Long Code / 10DLC
  Local Numbers, also referred to as Long Codes or 10DLC in the context of text messaging. All Local Numbers include voice origination services.

• Toll-free
  Toll-free Numbers with inbound voice origination services.

• Short Codes
  Short Codes are messaging only numbers that are five- or six digits in length.

Voice

• Inbound Voice
  Inbound voice origination services are supported by default on all numbers that are provided by Number Access with the exception of Short Codes and 5XX Numbers.

• Outbound Voice
  Outbound voice termination services, termination trunks, are available for specific use cases on Number Access provided numbers or customer provided numbers.

Messaging

• Messaging
  Text Messaging services supporting both SMS and MMS are available on all classes of numbers.
