Carrier Infrastructure & Network-Level Abuse Review

Number Access is a telecommunications carrier providing underlying network infrastructure, numbering, voice, and messaging capabilities to other carriers and communications service providers.

Number Access does not provide retail telecommunications services directly to end-user subscribers. Our carrier and service-provider customers maintain their own subscriber relationships and are generally responsible for subscriber account support and customer-specific concerns.

Network-Level Abuse Reports

As a behind-the-scenes network operator, Number Access accepts reports of suspected abuse involving communications that traverse or otherwise involve our infrastructure.

Depending on the circumstances, the information available, and our technical and legal authority, we may investigate network activity, coordinate with relevant carriers or service providers, and apply network-level blocks or other appropriate network controls to address misuse.

Submitting a report does not guarantee that a particular number, message, call, or route will be blocked. Any action is subject to verification, applicable requirements, and operational considerations.

Network-Level Mitigation

Where warranted, Number Access may implement network-level blocks in response to law enforcement requests or abuse reports. Such blocks may affect carrier routing but may not prevent communications through third-party or OTT platforms.

Subscriber Support

For billing disputes, account access, service changes, or other subscriber-specific issues, please contact the communications provider that directly serves you. Number Access generally does not have the subscriber account information or customer relationship needed to resolve those requests.
